At present, there are chief ministers of the party in three states, including two states, a total of nine states have assembly elections next year. These days the party is spending a lot of money on Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. After the completion of the first phase of the yatra in January next year, the second phase from West India to Northeast may begin. Congress session is to be held in Raipur in February. Overall, in view of the expenses to be incurred in the new year, the Congress Treasurer has had to issue a fresh cut order.
