SC relief for Imran Khan: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. Declaring his arrest as illegal, the court released him. During the hearing, Imran Khan told the Chief Justice that he was treated like a terrorist. Commando action was taken to arrest me. I was arrested from the court.
Imran Khan said that I was not even told about my mistake. I still don’t understand why this happened to me? Keeping his point in front of a three-judge bench, he said that after arresting me, they took me to the police line, then took me somewhere else. I was treated very badly. I was beaten with sticks.
What did Imran say in the court?
Imran said that sometimes he took me to the police line and sometimes somewhere else. I don’t understand what happened to me. So much so that I was not even given a chance to tell me what was my mistake. He further said that we only wanted elections to be held and people to elect their representatives. I canceled rallies whenever there was chaos. Our election rallies were also harassed. I tell my supporters not to take the law into their hands. On this, the Chief Justice told him not to talk about politics.

PTI chief further said that I was abducted from the court room. I asked for the warrant, but I was not shown the warrant. I was assaulted. He said that we want elections, why will we create hue and cry.? On this, the Chief Justice asked Imran Khan not to talk about politics. Please inform that Imran Khan was arrested by the Rangers in the Al-Qadir Trust case. Khan challenged this in the Supreme Court. During the hearing, the court said that the reputation of the judiciary has been hurt by arresting Imran Khan from the premises of the Islamabad High Court.
