Be it Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan. But, do you know who started this trend in Bollywood? The name of this dreaded villain of the 90s is Gavin Packard. Who also played a negative role in Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak. Apart from this, Gavin Packard played a negative role in films like Mohra, Chamatkar, Khiladi Ka Khiladi, Tridev and scared the audience a lot.

Gavin played negative roles in many hit Bollywood films. At the age of 48, Gavin died in a road accident. As per reports, the 2012 bike met with an accident while going to the market from Kalyan flyover in Mumbai. He was admitted to the hospital after the accident. It is said that when Gavin’s accident happened, he was drunk. About 200 people attended his funeral. But, none of them were from Bollywood. A few days before the accident, his wife left him and went to France with their children.

Gavin had won many awards in body building. While working in Mahesh Bhatt’s film ‘Sadak’, Sanjay Dutt was so impressed with Gavin that he started taking bodybuilding training from him. Apart from this, Sunil Shetty also took training from Gavin. Not only this, Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera was also trained by Packard.

Gavin, the son of an Irish father and a Maharashtrian mother, did small roles in films earlier. Mahesh Bhatt gave him a big break in his film Sadak. In which he played the role of the Queen’s bodyguard hero. But, even after working in many films, he could not get the success he expected in the industry. And because of this, he went on drowning in alcohol. Gavin remained bedridden for two years after the accident and died in 2012.
