In fact, even after getting bail, Khan remained inside the premises as he and his legal team were in talks with the officials for his evacuation from the court premises.

“Imran Khan has finally left the Islamabad High Court,” Dawn news website quoted an official as saying. He was inside the premises even after getting bail in the main cases and protection from arrest. ”He said that the former Prime Minister left under tight security in the vehicle of Deputy Inspector General (Security), Islamabad. Khan, who was ousted from power in April last year, has 121 cases registered across the country including sedition, blasphemy, inciting violence and terrorism. Twelve cases of terrorism against Khan are registered in Lahore alone while 14 other cases are registered in Faisalabad.
