The special thing will be that these weapons will be attached to Sukhoi-30 fighter jets. Along with this, advanced light helicopters are also being purchased for the Indian Coast Guards. It will be specially made by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

Why is this proposal necessary?

Yes, the Modi government will now further equip and strengthen the country’s army with the necessary military armaments. Now weapons worth 70, 584 crores will be purchased for the army. This decision is also important because for the last three years, tension with China continues even today on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh.
