Mumbai : A mountain of sorrows has broken on the famous actress of small screen (Television) Nisha Rawal. His grandmother passed away on 13 March. The grandmother of the actress breathed her last at the age of over 90. Nisha Rawal has become weak from inside after losing her grandmother. The actress lovingly calls her grandmother as Amma. He has expressed his grief through his social media.

He has shared a video of old memories with his grandmother on his Instagram account. In which her very beautiful bonding with her grandmother is being seen. Nisha Rawal has also written a long emotional note by sharing the video. He wrote, “Grandmothers are special! I used to call her Amma. She was a happy soul, loved meeting new people, entertaining her friends and feeding me with her hands! My favorite memory of her is when she used to feed me ‘Bhatt Ka Saag’ in an iron pan and serve it mixed with rice. All Pahari people will know what I am talking about.

The actress further wrote, “He told me stories from Ramayana and Mahabharata. He was my teddy-bear and when I was little I loved hugging him and placing my little feet on his big belly. Whenever, I would meet her, I would always paint her toes pearly white! She had the most beautiful feet ever! I had the privilege of watching his hair turn white with salt and pepper! His smile and energy was contagious! She was 90+ and passed away peacefully yesterday on 13-03-2023.

I was supposed to meet him after my cricket league on 4th and also took Kavish and ma to meet him in ICU for his last days but my accident prevented me from my trip as I have undergone a surgery Where a rod is inserted to connect 2 of my broken bones, I am on bedrest!” Nisha Rawal further wrote, “I will always remember her fondly for all my memories, stories, chocolates, food, for saving me from scoldings from other elders and pampering me like a perfect grandmother! Wishing a happy life in heaven with my jovial grandmother! I will miss you forever Amma! Thank you for choosing me as your granddaughter!”
