Kidney Infection Symptoms: Famous TV actress Shivangi Joshi has shared a post on Instagram updating her fans and followers about her latest health. Sharing a picture of herself in the hospital, Shivangi has updated that she was admitted due to kidney infection. In the picture you can see Shivangi drinking coconut water and with this picture she wrote in her caption- Hello, I have kidney infection since a few days, but I want to tell you that my family, friends, doctors, hospital I am feeling better by the grace of the staff and God.

Shivangi, 24, is a famous name in the world of TV. Shivangi’s post on kidney infection in the beginning of summer points our attention to why kidney infection occurs and how it can be avoided. Kidney infection occurs when there is a bacterial infection caused by E.coli in the urinary tract. The bacteria enters the body through the urinary tract and reaches the kidneys where it causes an infection.

It is advised to keep drinking water till one feels symptoms apart from dark colored foul smelling urine during infection. Not drinking water for a long time can cause urine infection. These include pain or burning sensation while urinating, frequent urge to urinate, feeling of not being able to relieve completely, blood in the urine, foul smelling urine and persistent pain in the lower abdomen.
