An industrial facility and a playground were also damaged in the area on the other side of the Dnieper River. There was no immediate information on casualties. Thursday’s attack was the latest in a string of Russian attacks on key Ukrainian facilities. Moscow has been carrying out such attacks every week since October. Authorities in the Dnipro, Odesa and Kryvyi Rih regions said they had cut power to minimize damage to critical infrastructure.
