Both were living in the same house. Uncle attacked his own nephew due to mutual partition. The deceased has been identified as Pappu Pandey, a resident of Jaipur village of Brahmapur block. He had a dispute with his uncle Tarak Pandey about the courtyard of the house in the SDO court. Uncle shot dead his nephew Pappu Pandey this morning after a quarrel started over the division of the courtyard. It was told that Pappu was to get married in May. In this case, Dumrao ASP cum DSP Raj told on the phone that these people had an old dispute, which was going on in the SDO court. During a quarrel over this, a person named Pappu Pandey died due to bullet injury.
Main accused absconding
In this whole case, the police has arrested one of the accused Ram Ayodhya Pandey from the spot. The main accused who shot Tarak Pandey is still absconding. At the same time, a rifle and gun of 315 bore, 19 cartridges of 315 bore, 45 hollows of 315 bore, 765 pistol cartridges and 4 lakh 10 thousand rupees have been recovered. However, the police is currently camping at the spot. However, the police is also conducting raids to nab the accused involved in the incident.
