New Delhi: Wrestlers protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi have once again expressed their pain on Sunday (May 14). During the press conference Sakshi Malik, Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat said that it has been 22 days, till now no one from BJP has come to us. The protesting wrestlers have made allegations of sexual exploitation against the President of Wrestling Federation of India, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

During the PC, Sakshi Malik said that tomorrow we will write a letter to the women MPs of BJP seeking their help and will deliver the letter to their homes. We need the support of all the people of the society. The allegations we are making are true. That’s why all of you people come in our support. At the same time, wrestler Vinesh Phogat appealed to the people that on Tuesday, all the people should go to their respective district headquarters and submit a memorandum and do Satyagraha on May 16 in our support.

Whereas, Olympic medalist Bajrang Punia said that yesterday the Olympic Association has dissolved the Indian Wrestling Federation.

It is noteworthy that in this case, the Delhi Police had recorded the statement of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Thursday. Also recorded the statement of Vinod Tomar, Assistant Secretary of the Wrestling Federation. After the decision of the Supreme Court, the Delhi Police had registered two cases against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh last month.
